Sagar Varma’s journey in advertising began in Mumbai, where he gained invaluable experience in the fast-paced world of leading ad agencies. Fuelled by a passion for creativity, he returned to Bengaluru to carve his own path, founding Red Advertising, now known as thinkB Creative Agency. His mission was clear - to break away from traditional corporate moulds and redefine branding with fresh ideas.
